JAMMU & KASHMIR Five shops gutted in Uri fire incident | KNO Published 318 weeks ago on May 23, 2019 By KashmirNewsObserver Baramulla, May 23 (KNO) : At least Five shops were gutted in a fire incident that broke out in wee hours on Thursday Machikrand market village of Uri Market North Kashmirs Varmul District. Reports reaching to KNO that fire broke in one of the shops and engulfed at least five shops in which items worth lakhs of rupees in the shops turned into ashes. Reports added fire tenders, police, locals managed to douse the flames and put fire under control till that five shops were destroyed. However, the cause of fire could not be ascertained, while no loss of life or injury was reported in the fire mishap.
